Students pledge to go green after talk on Enabling Green Peace.

Go green, save the planet, is something that we all discover during our school days but overlook eventually. In an endeavor to heave responsiveness and notify students about the importance of going green, a talk on ‘Enabling Green Peace’ was delivered by Integrated Bachelor of Engineering, IBE, program of the School of Applied Sciences. The talk turned out be a learning, interactive and an enriching experience for our students.

Three first-year students Sahil Raghav, Nikhil Jolly and Nikhil Arora of CSE branch, led the way at the talk as they presented their case study that was carried out during their first semester in the form of an expert discussion.

To make the talk interactive and bona fide, the trio narrated success stories of the well-known Greenpeace Organisation. People passionate about their environment are associated with the organization and this is what the trio stressed on.

The listeners were asked to go green as this was the only feasible approach to save our planet. The expert talk proved advantageous to about 60 students of the Integrated Bachelor of engineering Program. Able guidance for the lecture was provided by our faculty member Dr Charu Khosla, Associate Professor, School of Applied Science.
