The University Sports Board (USB) at Chitkara University aligns with the ‘Fit India Movement’ and is committed to promoting fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship. The University offers special scholarships to talented student-athletes, who proudly represent Chitkara at both national and international levels.
Chitkara University boasts state-of-the-art sports infrastructure, including a Sports Arena with well-maintained outdoor and indoor facilities that support day and night play. The campus features a swimming pool, synthetic lawn tennis court, basketball and volleyball courts, and a full-sized cricket ground—all forming an integrated and well-equipped sports complex. An exclusive Yoga and Meditation Centre is also housed within the indoor complex.
The USB facilitates and encourages student participation in various inter-college and university-level tournaments and championships. Students actively engage in sports such as athletics, badminton, volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, chess, cricket, football, and more. The campus also features a modern, fully equipped gymnasium to support holistic physical development.
