Chitkara Happiness Centre and YGPT (Youth for Global Peace and Transformation) are pleased to announce the successful collaboration of organising an impactful event on “Combating Stress – A Holistic Approach.” The event, conducted online, on Saturday, the 15th of July, featured the esteemed Dr. Manjiri Puranik, who shared her invaluable insights on overcoming stress and cultivating a life filled with happiness and contentment.

Dr. Puranik’s session served as an eye-opener for all attendees, providing a wealth of practical tips and techniques to effectively manage stress and attain a state of balance. Emphasising the importance of living in the present moment and nurturing healthy relationships, Dr. Puranik shared a captivating story highlighting the power of mindfulness in conquering stress. Throughout the session, students displayed high levels of engagement, actively participating by posing insightful questions, all of which were met with Dr. Puranik’s patient and clear responses.

The event concluded on a tranquil note with a peaceful meditation, leaving the students feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The overall experience was nothing short of amazing, leaving a lasting impression on the participants.
