CBS organises an informative session on ‘What Great Managers Do Differently’ to MBA students

The key to success of great managers lies in their ability to identify and deploy the differences among people besides challenging and ensuring that each employee excels in his or her own way, is the advise Industry experts gave to MBA students of Chitkara Business School at Chitkara University, during an informative session on “What Great Managers Do Differently” organised during HR Stratum 2.0.

Stressing on the fact that great managers are integral to the growth and evolution of an organisation, experts spoke to students about the various skills they need to acquire to succeed in the Industry. The highly inspirational talk was followed by an in-depth discussion, between students and panellists on various challenges a modern manager faces in the industry today, and the skills knowledge that are required to overcome these to become strengths-focused managers of the future.
