Chitkara chef attends workshop on glazing techniques

Every now and then, Chitkara University tries to update its teaching skills according to the need of the industry. This is needed because as the industry upgrades itself, the teaching-learning pedagogy also needs to undergo a metamorphosis in order to churn out better professionals every year.

Following this, Chef Manish Kumar, faculty of Chitkara School of Hospitality, attended a workshop conducted by Indian Culinary Forum, New Delhi, on glazing techniques. Chef Manish got the opportunity to learn glazing skills from international Chefs. The workshop was held with an aim to explore the latest in glazing and let the attendees know how important it is for food presentation.
