B.E. Lateral Entry Programs

We have designed unique Engineering Programs in collaboration with blue chip companies. The programs have an intensive focus on hands-on learning with mandatory 1-Year internship. The emphasis is on learning practical skills, which helps students get excellent job opportunities across the world.

The B.E. – Lateral Entry course enables students to get a lateral entry in Bachelor of Engineering program after diploma and gain quality learning experience that will shape their success in chosen fields. The course is designed for candidates with a 3-year diploma in engineering or an equivalent degree and offers direct admission to 2nd year (3rd semester) of the Engineering program therby saving an academic year engagement and fees. It is mandatory to hold a diploma in their respective branch to be eligible for the lateral entry program.

To enable the students to keep pace with changing technological advances, the university has industrial tie-ups with various industries. Students will get an enhanced learning experience through Chitkara University’s unique pedagogy that combines classroom sessions with experiential learning.
