Workshop on fire fighting at Chitkara School of Hospitality

Hospitality students of Chitkara University learnt the essentials of fire fighting at a workshop organized at Chitkara School of Hospitality.

Mr. Shreedhar Tantre, Regional Manager (A.P. Securities), Mohali, made a presentation and explained to the students the causes, classification and prevention of fire.

He also talked about the how to fight fire and what to do in case of the emergencies of such a kind. Demonstration for firefighting equipments was done by Mr. Gurvinder Singh, the owner of S.K. Enterprises. Mr. Beant Singh, Chief Security Officer of Chitkara University helped in organizing the workshop. It was an experiential learning for the students.
