Safai abhiyan exhibition based upon environmental cleaning at Chitkara School of Hospitality

On the occasion of cleaning drive launched by our honorable prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi, Chitkara University launched the event on October 1 with name “SAFAI ABHIYAN”.

Chitkara School of Hospitality took it further and started the drive with a theme based mission to clean the surroundings along with spreading the message about environmental awareness.

The entire theme was based upon the importance of cleanliness and its effect on the environment. The entrance of the Chitkara School of Hospitality i.e. the staircases of Escoffier Block represented the tag line “Clean up your ACT” showcasing earth drawn on a paper and how it is getting dirtied by different activities of human being.

Students organized an exhibition on October 11, based upon “environmental awareness” in which they displayed the effect of pollution on the earth and displayed models representing different ways through which our environment can be saved.

Our Honorable Vice Chancellor, Dr. Mrs. Madhu Chitkara visited the school and appreciated the effort of students.
