Mass Communication team bags overall trophy at Prerna media fest at Panipat

Our School of Mass Communication team bagged the ‘Overall Trophy’ at Prerna Media Fest at Arya PG College, Panipat on 15 February 2018. The fest carried out various events pertaining to media where only undergraduate students from various colleges and universities participated.
Out of total 10 events, our students stood in the first rank in 2 of the events whereas in 4 events they were runner-up. They won in events like TV reporting, RJ, MoJo, Ad-Mad show. Senior announcer of Aakashvani, Rohtak, Mr. Sampooran Singh was the Chief Guest and Principal Dr. Jagdish Gupta Singh encouraged all the participants. Mr Singh said that media field is full offers of opportunities and he applauded the efforts put in by Chitkara University team to clinch the title. It has become a trend in Chitkara University to give the best shot, be it academics, sports, extracurricular activities, field visits or at international exposure.
The entire Chitkara fraternity congratulates the team and wishes them the best of everything in their future endeavours. Way to go budding media moguls.
