Kanika Bansal Recognised for Academic Leadership at WADE ASIA Women Architecture Summit

Chitkara University strengthened its presence on a national stage as Kanika Bansal, Dean of Chitkara School of Planning and Architecture, served as a jury member at the WADE ASIA Design Competition held at the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Delhi. She was invited to judge the Public Buildings category, one of the most significant segments of the competition.

WADE ASIA is recognised as the largest platform in Asia dedicated to women in architecture and design. The 2025 edition brought together architects, designers, and industry leaders to celebrate creativity, innovation, and leadership. As part of the jury, Kanika Bansal reviewed eight shortlisted projects presented live by participants. Each entry reflected diverse approaches to functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and public engagement.
