Jashn-e-Khushi Spreads Joy and Positivity Among Employees at Chitkara University
Chitkara Happiness Centre, in collaboration with the Admin Department, successfully hosted Jashn-e-Khushi, a vibrant and engaging session led by Manav Bansal to promote happiness, well-being, and positivity among employees.
The session began on a melodious note with a welcome song by Ashta, setting a cheerful tone. Manav Bansal then led an interactive laughter yoga session, highlighting its benefits in reducing stress and enhancing overall happiness. Employees also gained valuable insights on gratitude, positivity, and finding joy in daily work, with practical tips on cultivating a fulfilling professional life and building emotional resilience.
Adding to the celebration, employees showcased their hidden talents through singing and dance performances, making the session even more memorable.
