ICMR funds project for Chitkara College of Pharmacy

Another feather added to Chitkara’s cap as faculty of Chitkara College of Pharmacy, Chitkara University, Punjab, Dr. Manish Jindal, Associate Professor and Mr. Thakur Gurjeet Singh, Assistant Professor, got a project funded by Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi, entitled “Pharmacological modulation of complex hypertension using combination therapy”.

The project would be carried out over a span of three years at Chitkara College of Pharmacy, Chitkara University. This study is aimed at exploring a new drug combination for treatment of complex hypertension.

Faculty is thankful to Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Vice-Chancellor, Chitkara University, Punjab, for her endless support and motivation. Faculty is also thankful to Dr. Sandeep Arora, Director, Chitkara College of Pharmacy and Dr. S. C. Sharma, Registrar, Chitkara University, Punjab, for their kind support.
