Free eye check-up camp by Chitkara University

Organising events and activities that are held keeping in mind service to humankind are a regular at Chitkara University. These events help imbibing kindness, care and concern among our students and this is of prime significance to us. Following this, a free eye check-up camp was organized by Chitkara University students under the supervision of Dr Vandana Singh from CSHS.

This was a part of Mahindra Advanced Driving skills “STEP TO ROAD SAFETY”, Mechanical Engineering Department, in collaboration with “Center for Sight”, Chandigarh. Dr. Riti Saini (CFS) gave guidance, along with her team members at Chitkara University, Punjab campus.

On this occasion, 130 students, faculty members and other staff members availed the benefit. Mechanical Engineering students actively participated in organizing the camp.

The camp proved to be a good experience for those who attended it and those who organized it.
