Dr Subhash Chandra delivers an enriching session to our students

Dr Subhash Chandra, Chairman of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, was at Chitkara University in a remarkable and much enriching interactive session with budding Chitkarians.

History is an account of those who took a different path. People, who have taken a risk to carve a path for themselves and make life better for others are more successful than others. In different eras, this spirit of endeavor has been called different things, but it’s characteristics remain the same – a spirit of curiosity, the courage to take a risk, the capability to withstand the hushed murmurs of society, and the innate doggedness to pick oneself and move on, when you stumble and fall in this uncharted new path, this is what Dr Subhash Chandra told our students.

In a different era, people who had this approach towards life were called freedom fighters. Today it is called entrepreneurship.

Dr Chandra further enhancing on this stated that entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business and making it successful, it is about a mindset of taking a different path, of doing things differently, and being able to communicate the passion and the belief that you have, so that people associate with you.

The show will act as a guide to developing the spirit of entrepreneurship in everyday life. Dr Chandra brought his life experiences and insights to our students through the show. It indeed was a great experience for our students and faculty.
