Dr Shyama Sundar Rudrapatna at Chitkara University

ACM Student Chapter at Chitkara University hosted Distinguished Speakers Programme (DSP) in collaboration with ACM Student Chapter, Thapar University. Dr. Shyama Sundar Rudrapatna from Tata Institute of Research, Mumbai, was the Distinguished Speaker for the event. The Event was sponsored by ACM headquarters, USA.

The Distinghuished Speaker enlightened the participants with introduction to malware, its types, detection methods like traditional approach and algorithmic approach and ways to protect ourselves from the attackers all around.

Students displayed a keen interest in the event as they asked a lot of questions related to research, paper publications, and general computer science engineering questions. The Speaker had a separate session with the students and had a thorough interaction with ACM Student Chapter members.
