Dr. Madhu Chitkara visits Arizona State University’s London Campus

Dr. Madhu Chitkara, President and Co-Founder, Chitkara University, visited the newly opened London campus of Arizona State University (ASU), a global partner of Chitkara University, as part of the ongoing engagement between the two institutions.

Dr. Chitkara was accompanied by Hazel Siromoni, Pro Vice Chancellor, Strategic Initiatives, Chitkara University. During the visit, she was welcomed by Michael Goodwin, CEO and Dr. Lisa Brodie, Dean, ASU London campus, along with Dr. Agueda Benito, Chief Academic Officer, Cintana Education.

The visit included a tour of the classrooms and campus facilities, providing an opportunity to gain insight into the learning environment at ASU London, which is designed around hands-on, technology-driven and industry-simulated learning.

Commenting on the engagement, Dr. Madhu Chitkara said, “Visits such as these provide an opportunity to understand how academic environments are being developed in different contexts and to exchange perspectives on learning and institutional collaboration.”

The engagement also provided an opportunity to experience ASU London’s academic setting and continue the collaboration between the two institutions. It forms part of Chitkara University’s ongoing engagement with international academic partners and its work across global higher education networks.
