Dr Madhu Chitkara at conference at EPFL, Switzerland

Our pride, Dr Madhu Chitkara, Pro-Chancellor, Chitkara University, attended conference at EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland.

There were other members of the University with Dr Madhu Chitkara, Dr Archana Mantri , Mr Gautam Malik and Mr Rajvir Singh. The event was a three-day Workshop on “Technologies for Vocational Education” organised by CHILI lab.

The workshop was funded by Swiss National Foundation and was organised by Dr Pierre Dillenbourg, the director of CHILI lab. It gave an insight into the Dual-T system of vocational education in Switzerland.

Organised at the picturesque location of Les Diablerets, the ice glacier, it was a perfect place-to-be to meet the who’s-who in the area of Education Technology and HCI from Switzerland, UK, Germany and US. The workshop ended with a visit to a Vocational Education school in Yeverdon-les-Bains.
