Department of Computer Science and Engineering Organises an expert talk on Cyber Security

An expert talk on Cyber Security was organized by Institution of Engineers (India) Student Chapter, Department of Computer science and Engineering on 6th March 2018 at Chitkara University. Mr. Rajesh Rana who is the founder and director of Stellar Data Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an ISO certified company of software development and Data Recovery based in Chandigarh conducted the talk.

Various topics related to cybersecurity were discussed like types of cyber threats, the scope of cybersecurity, career in cybersecurity and many more topics as per the students demanded. Many students were awarded for their responses to the questions. The event turned to up be more of an interactive session rather than an expert talk. The participants seemed interested.

This session gave students a better understanding to clear their doubts related to threats and security and got a chance to enhance their knowledge.
