A group of 53 students of MCA and BCA, accompanied by two teachers visited Gurdwara Shri Fatehgarh Sahib and Aam Khaas Bagh as part of the said educational tour.

The tour helped to sensitize the students about the rich heritage of the Sikh religion, including the heroic acts, selfless deeds and poignant saga of the Sikhs. The tour proved fruitful in inducing respect for all religions amongst the students. The students also admired the magnificent architecture of Aam Khaas Bagh The water channels beneath the rooms for maintaining the temperature inside the buildings were the main attraction. Those water channels clearly reflected the rich architectural knowledge of the Indian masons and the artisans even a few hundred years ago.

All students and faculty members enjoyed the tour and carried back some good memories in the form of great experience that they had during the tour.
