CSMC Shines at Media Mela 2025 with Exceptionally Stellar and Captivating Performances

Students from Chitkara School of Mass Communication (CSMC) made an impressive mark at Media Mela 2025, held at Khalsa College, Amritsar, by securing the overall trophy with victories across multiple categories. Competing in all 13 events, our talented students clinched prizes in eight categories, including three first prizes, two second prizes, and three third prizes.

Kanwalpreet and Ritu secured first place in Debate, while Prachi Sharma, Himanshu, and Kanwalpreet won the top spot in Reel Making. Vaibhav Kochar also claimed first prize in Stand-up Comedy. The Choreography team, comprising Srishti, Gurnoor, Deepika, Harshita, Jay, and Vaibhav, earned second place, along with Saurav, Ankita, and Aarusha, who excelled in the Quiz competition. The Vox Pop team of Simran Bishnoi, Tarushi, Muskan, and Nidhi secured third place, as did Toshani, Vaishnavi, Gunjan, and Jatin in Ad Mad and Aarushi Kashyap in the RJ Hunt competition.

With nearly 200 participants from a dozen universities and colleges, this remarkable victory is a testament to the dedication, skill, and passion of CSMC students. Their outstanding performances exemplify the institution’s commitment to nurturing media professionals of the future.
