Chitkara University Receives Prestigious Water Sustainability Award

Chitkara University’s commitment to water sustainability and innovation has been recognised once again as its Centre for Water Sciences, under the Chitkara University Research and Innovation Network (CURIN), was honoured with the 3rd Water Sustainability Award. This esteemed accolade, presented in the ‘Innovation in Water Technology’ category, was conferred by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) during a gala awards ceremony held in New Delhi, in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India.

Dr. Archana Mantri, Vice Chancellor, Chitkara University, Punjab, and Dr. Jyotsna Kaushal, Professor at the Centre for Water Sciences, CURIN, graciously accepted the award on behalf of Chitkara University.
