Chitkara University Shines in The Week India’s Best Universities Ranking 2026
Chitkara University has achieved a significant milestone in The Week – India’s Best Universities Ranking 2026, strengthening its standing among the country’s leading higher education institutions.
In the latest rankings, the University has been placed 38th amongst Multidisciplinary Universities in India and 12th in the North Zone. Amongst Private & Deemed Multidisciplinary Universities, Chitkara University has secured the 4th position in the North Zone, 2nd position in Punjab, and 11th position across India.
The rankings recognise the University’s continued focus on academic excellence, multidisciplinary learning, innovation, research, and industry-ready education. They also highlight the collective contribution of students, faculty, researchers, alumni, and industry partners who play an important role in strengthening the University’s academic environment.
