Chitkara University student Navya Kandheri clinches Gold at All India Junior Ranking Badminton Tournament
Chitkara University continues to shine on the national sports stage as Navya Kandheri, a first-year BBA student, secured the Gold Medal at the prestigious All India Junior Ranking Badminton Tournament, held in Panchkula from 25th April to 2nd May 2025. Competing against some of the finest young badminton players from across the country, Navya displayed outstanding athleticism, precision, and resilience to emerge as the tournament champion.
The event, recognised as a significant platform for budding badminton talent in India, saw intense matches and high-level performances throughout the week-long competition. Navya’s journey to the top was marked by unwavering determination, sharp reflexes, and strategic gameplay that captivated audiences and earned her well-deserved recognition.
