Chitkara University Startups Present Ventures at Policybazaar Headquarters

Students from the Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CEED) at Chitkara University recently presented their ventures at the headquarters of Policybazaar, where Chitkara University startups interacted with industry leaders, investors, and startup mentors to gain industry exposure and valuable business insights.

A total of 20 startup teams participated in the session, presenting their ideas and solutions before a jury that included Policybazaar’s leadership such as Alok Bansal, Co-Founder, Saurabh Tiwari, Chief Technology Officer, and Sai Narayan, Chief Marketing Officer, along with angel investors. The interaction provided Chitkara University startups with constructive feedback and strategic guidance to refine and strengthen their ventures.

Some teams also received interest for further evaluation and possible collaboration.

The visit included masterclasses led by Policybazaar leaders. These sessions helped students understand real business situations, decision-making, and how ideas are executed in practice.

The initiative was supported by ecosystem partners including AngelBlue and AngelBay, who helped create opportunities for students to engage with industry experts.

This engagement is part of the university’s ongoing efforts to connect academic learning with practical experience by enabling students to present their ideas, receive feedback, and understand industry expectations.
