Department of Nursing, Chitkara School of Health Sciences in collaboration with the National Service Scheme, Chitkara University organised an awareness program to commemorate World Tuberculosis Day. The initiative focused on raising awareness about tuberculosis, encouraging early detection and treatment, and addressing stigma associated with the disease.

Conducted by B.Sc Nursing students, the activity aimed to inform community members about the causes, symptoms, transmission, prevention, and treatment of tuberculosis, in alignment with the objectives of the World Health Organization.
