Chitkara University Joins Policy and Industry Dialogue at TiEcon Chandigarh 2026

Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Pro Chancellor, Chitkara University, attended TiEcon Chandigarh 2026, which brought together participants from academia, industry, and the start-up ecosystem to discuss current developments in innovation and entrepreneurship.
The event centred on themes of leadership, innovation, and the expanding role of entrepreneurship in shaping economic and educational landscapes. Sessions reflected the theme “Indigenous Innovation, Global Impact”, highlighting how locally developed ideas can scale to address wider challenges.
During the conference, Dr. Madhu Chitkara interacted with Sanjeev Arora, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister for Industries, Punjab. Their discussion focused on strengthening collaboration between industry and academia to support innovation and create meaningful opportunities for young talent.
