Chitkara University Holds Awareness Initiative on World Autism Awareness Day

The National Service Scheme (NSS), Chitkara University, in collaboration with SOREM School and the Global Autism Project, New York, commemorated World Autism Awareness Day through an initiative that brought together students, faculty, and partner organisations to raise awareness about autism and inclusion.

Featuring various awareness activities and discussions, the initiative focused on helping participants understand the experiences of individuals with autism and the importance of treating everyone with respect and empathy. It encouraged a better understanding of neurodiversity and acceptance.
