Chitkara University celebrates 74th Independence Day with patriotic fervor

Chitkara University celebrated 74th Independence Day on 15th August 2020. Independence Day celebrations in Chitkara University. Dr. Sangeeta Pant, Dean, College of Education welcomed the guests and hosted the auspicious occasion.

The day was celebrated with patriotic fervor. The event commenced with a Flag Hoisting Ceremony by Pro Chancellor, Dr. Madhu Chitkara and the celebrations were followed by the release of Tricolor Balloons and with the liberty of Pigeons by the Pro Chancellor; Dr. Archana Mantri Vice Chancellor; Dr. S.C Sharma, Registrar and other Dignitaries.

Chitkara Fraternity celebrated this day with exuberance and the enthusiasm with the proper safety precautions against the coronavirus disease.

This is a Day is celebrated to cherish the freedom, with great honour and feeling of patriotism.
