Chitkara Sports Week 2.0 Celebrates Teamwork and Sportsmanship
Chitkara Sports Week 2.0, organised by the Faculty of Economics, Chitkara Business School in association with the Chitkara University Sports Board from 11th to 13th November 2025, was a grand celebration of athleticism, teamwork and sportsmanship.
Students of B.A. (Hons.) Economics with Data Science & AI enthusiastically participated in a wide range of events, competing with energy and camaraderie. The tournament saw outstanding performances across disciplines, with the Chitkara Warriors winning the Cricket (Boys) title and the Chitkara Titans claiming victory in Basketball (Boys), while the Reshveen Team took home the Basketball (Girls) championship.
The Chitkara Typhons emerged champions in Volleyball (Boys), and the Chitkara Storms dominated Volleyball (Girls). In Pickleball, Krishnam and Reshveen were victorious in the Boys’ and Girls’ categories, respectively. Badminton titles were secured by Krishnam (Boys) and Tamanna (Girls), while Armaan (Boys) and Tamanna (Girls) triumphed in Table Tennis. The strength and determination of Varun and Navnoor led them to victory in Arm Wrestling (Boys and Girls). The event brought together students, faculty and supporters, encouraging a vibrant spirit of unity and healthy competition.
