Chitkara Happiness Centre, in collaboration with the Office of Talent Management, hosted an enlightening session titled “Meditation for Success,” aimed at enhancing the mental well-being and professional performance of Chitkara University’s faculty members. The session was led by Isha Foundation trainer Atheer Al-Safyari, whose calming presence and insightful guidance empowered attendees to reconnect with their inner balance.

The session introduced practical techniques to integrate mindfulness, relaxation, and meditation into daily routines—essential tools in managing stress and promoting inner peace. Participants explored the transformative impact of meditation on reducing anxiety, increasing clarity, and cultivating emotional resilience.

Among the key takeaways was a gentle neck practice designed to release physical tension, followed by guided relaxation techniques that invited calm and centeredness. The highlight of the session was a deeply immersive 7-minute guided meditation, which left participants feeling recharged, grounded, and mentally refreshed.

The serene environment created during the session offered faculty members a much-needed pause to reflect, reset, and embrace mindfulness.
