Chitkara Happiness Centre Hosts Joyful ‘Laughter Kitty’ Event to Promote Well-being

The Chitkara Happiness Centre recently hosted ‘Laughter Kitty,’ a vibrant and uplifting event designed to celebrate joy, creativity, and emotional well-being. Led by Manav Bansal and Lt Sqn Dr. Rina Angel, the session brought together students, faculty, and staff for an energising mix of laughter therapy, music, games, meditation, and dance.
The event began with laughter therapy exercises that encouraged participants to release stress and embrace joy through contagious laughter. This was followed by fun-filled games and melodious singing, creating a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. A guided meditation session allowed attendees to reconnect with inner calm, while the energetic dance performances infused the room with excitement and rhythm.
‘Laughter Kitty’ proved to be more than just a recreational gathering—it became a platform for self-expression, emotional release, and social connection. Participants expressed heartfelt appreciation for the event, noting how it helped them unwind, recharge, and bond with others in a supportive environment.
The event highlighted the Chitkara Happiness Centre’s ongoing commitment to fostering holistic well-being through innovative and inclusive experiences. By blending laughter, mindfulness, and movement, ‘Laughter Kitty’ reaffirmed the importance of joy and shared experiences in cultivating a positive and resilient community.
