Chitkara Happiness Centre Celebrates the Joyful Conclusion of Happiness Hack 6.0
Chitkara Happiness Centre proudly marked the successful completion of Happiness Hack 6.0 on March 26, 2025, wrapping up yet another transformative and joy-filled journey focused on enhancing student well-being.
The six-week program explored multiple dimensions of happiness, including peace, curiosity, joy, happiness hormones, gratitude, mindfulness, self-love, and self-confidence. Designed to cultivate lasting emotional wellness, each session blended meaningful discussions with fun, interactive elements—infusing the atmosphere with positivity, music, dance, and laughter.
One of the highlights of Happiness Hack 6.0 was the launch of exclusive Happiness Booklets, thoughtfully curated for the participants. These booklets served as daily companions filled with engaging activities, self-reflection prompts, and practical tools to support personal growth and emotional resilience.
The final day of the course was a vibrant celebration of all that had been learned and shared. Participants sang, danced, and played together—creating an uplifting environment filled with joy, connection, and cherished memories. The closing session not only celebrated the progress of each participant but also reinforced the spirit of happiness that the program stands for.
