Chitkara faculty de-stress themselves at ‘Happiness Program’

It was time for the Chitkara University faculty to let go off the daily stress and feel happy at a Happiness Program that was carried out for them on the campus.
The Happiness Program was conducted by ‘Art of Living’. Faculty participated and learned breathing techniques under the guidance of AOL International Teacher Mr. Yogesh Gaur. The faculty underwent various procedures of Art of Living like eating together, some exercises, breathing better that ultimately relieves stress, talking to each other to let go off everyday fatigue and a lot more.
The teacher took keen interest in the various activities and ensured that the faculty derive most out of the session. It was a fulfilling experience for all the participants.
