Chitkara College of Pharmacy Signs MoU with Biovance Solutions

Chitkara College of Pharmacy, Chitkara University, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Biovance Solutions to expand industry engagement in pharmacy education and create opportunities for students and faculty in training, research, innovation and professional development.

Biovance Solutions is a life sciences and healthcare solutions organisation specialising in pharmacovigilance, regulatory technology, research, professional training and skill development, with a focus on patient safety, regulatory excellence and technology-driven healthcare solutions.

Under the partnership, students and faculty will have opportunities for internships, industry-oriented training, collaborative research, innovation, knowledge exchange and exposure to professional practices. The collaboration will provide students with greater insight into the requirements of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors alongside their academic learning.

Commenting on the collaboration, Dr. Madhu Chitkara, President and Co-Founder, Chitkara University, said, “Industry engagement is an important part of preparing students for professional practice.
