Chitkara Business School Hosts Sports Mania to Promote Fitness and Camaraderie Among IPM Students
In a spirited celebration of athleticism, teamwork, and student well-being, Chitkara Business School, in collaboration with the University Sports Board, successfully hosted Sports Mania for students of the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). The event brought together young minds in a vibrant showcase of physical strength, coordination, and sportsmanship across a diverse range of indoor and outdoor games.
Held over multiple days, Sports Mania featured competitions in badminton, table tennis, skipping, chess, carrom, fussball, arm wrestling, and pickleball, witnessing enthusiastic participation from both male and female students. The events were designed not just to foster friendly competition but also to encourage fitness, team spirit, and stress relief in an academic setting.
Among the standout performers were Agampreet, who secured gold in both Men’s Badminton and Arm Wrestling, and Purva, who clinched gold in both Women’s Badminton and Skipping. The consistent performances from students like Sarthak Mittal, Khushi, and Kunal added to the excitement, reflecting the high level of talent and enthusiasm on campus.
Faculty members and coordinators praised the sportsmanship and energy of the students, noting how such initiatives help in building a holistic learning environment. The event concluded with an informal prize distribution ceremony, recognising the winners and participants for their dedication and zeal.
