Chef Vikas Khanna’s book released at Chitkara University

Chef Vikas Khanna of the Masterchef fame was at Chitkara University to interact with the students of Chitkara School of Hospitality at Chitkara University, Punjab. The University hosted the book release event for Chef Vikas as he launched his book HYMNS from the SOIL.

The event was attended by students and faculty of the Chitkara School of Hospitality and derived a lot from what the Chef stated. HYMNS from the SOIL is Chef Vikas attempt to take us back to our roots. He also gave a message to Chitkara International School of living, learning and growing every day. The takeaway from the interaction with the audience was, THERE IS NO SHORT CUT TO HARD WORK.

The Chef was happy and expressed his gratitude for the efforts Chitkara School of Hospitality has put in to make the event a grand success.
