Chef Sanjay Thakur, Guinness book record holder and chef extraordinaire at Chitkara University

The Hospitality Management students at Chitkara University got an incredible opportunity to meet and interact with Chef Sanjay Thakur.

Chef Sanjay Thakur, Inflight Chef, Etihad Airways is a Guinness Book Record Holder for setting up an Indian Fine Dine Restaurant at 18500 feet Atop Mount Everest. He had represented India at the World Culinary Olympics, Paris twice.

Chef Thakur showcased his gastronomic skills and Modern Plate Presentation for our students. A live demonstration was also given by him and he had also answered all the queries put up by the students.
It was an interactive and an informative session for the students which really motivated them and gave them a lot of useful information for honing their culinary skills.
