CCEW commemorates Pandit Nehru’s birthday by celebrating Children’s Day
Chitkara College of Education for Women was at its infancy best as it commemorated Children’s Day. Students and faculty of Chitkara College of Education for Women talked about Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru’s ideology towards children and education while celebrating Children’s Day at Chitkara University, Punjab.
The students of CCEW kept their thoughts on Children’s Day during their assembly as they started the celebration. The students expressed immense enthusiasm while narrating some poems, reading out their articles and more during the celebrations.
Dr Sangeeta Pant, Dean, Chitkara College of Education for Women, along with other faculty members of CCEW, helped the students carry out the celebrations as she initiated some fun-filled activities for the students to indulge in on Children’s Day. She also held a cake-cutting ceremony at the campus for the students.
All activities carried out by CCEW during the celebrations were later broadcasted through Radio Chitkara to conclude the celebrations. The program on Radio Chitkara was carried out by Dr Sangeeta Pant.
