Bollywood Day Brings Music and Colour to Chitkara University

The Office of Student Affairs, Chitkara University, Punjab, organised Bollywood Day, an event that filled the auditorium with energy and creativity. Held on 24th September 2025, it offered a platform for freshers to express themselves through music, dance, poetry and performance, bringing campus life alive with colour and excitement.

Students took the stage with confidence, performing across genres that reflected their individuality and passion. There were soulful songs, energetic dance numbers, expressive poetry and lively shayari that captured the spirit of Bollywood. Beatboxers added a modern touch, while classical dancers showcased elegance and control. Each act carried a sense of courage and self-expression that connected with the audience.

The auditorium echoed with applause as students performed with enthusiasm, transforming nervousness into confidence. For many, it was their first experience of performing before a large audience, a moment that marked the beginning of their creative journey at the university.
