Chitkara University Set to Launch NEXTLEAP – A Power-Packed Startup Launchpad & Accelerator Program

Chitkara University, in collaboration with Arthayan, is thrilled to announce the launch of NEXTLEAP, an ambitious startup launchpad and acceleration program designed to empower the next generation of innovators. Spearheaded by the Chitkara Enterprise Lab, this initiative aims to provide a solid foundation for student and faculty-led startups to ideate, build, and scale their ventures.

Set to kick off in August 2025, NEXTLEAP is more than just a startup program — it is a launchpad for innovation, impact, and real-world growth. With registrations open until 31st July 2025, aspiring entrepreneurs are encouraged to grab this opportunity and fast-track their startup journey.

NEXTLEAP will support over 50 startups through two focused tracks:

• A 9-month Launchpad for budding student innovators
• A 3-month Acceleration Program tailored for high-potential, early-stage ventures

The program offers a powerhouse of opportunities, including:

• Over ₹2.5 Crore in funding potential for standout startups
• 15+ expert-led sessions combined with engaging, hands-on learning experiences
• 20+ hours of personalized 1:1 mentorship from seasoned industry professionals
• Immersive exposure through startup tours, live investor pitch sessions, and real-world entrepreneurial challenges

This initiative marks a significant step toward cultivating a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem within the university, encouraging students and faculty alike to turn bold ideas into scalable startups.
