Dr. Mantri’s areas of expertise include Project Management, Problem and Project Based Learning, Curriculum Design & Development, Pedagogical Innovation & Management. Her key areas of interest are Change Management, Education Technology, Cognitive Sciences, Predictive Analysis, Technical Writing, Assessment Technologies, Augmented Reality and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Dr. Mantri has handled numerous International and National research projects and has guided several PhD and ME scholars. Her contribution to the growth of Chitkara University has been tremendous: she established the Chitkara University Research and Innovation Network (CURIN) which in turn facilitated filing of 250 patents, with over 5000 ideas vetted and over 500 innovators getting benefitted.
Research proposals written under her able guidance have secured 3 prestigious research projects – CLIL, OCULUS and PREVENT IT worth Euros 800,000 from ERASMUS+. She also established the Tech commercialisation wing of the University.
Dr. Mantri has over 30 publications in refereed journals and international conferences. She has also edited 2 books, both published by Springer and is an esteemed member of the Global Engineering Deans Council, IEEE and an Advisor at IUCEE (Indo – Universal Collaboration for Engineering Education).
