Chitkara University conducts cervical cancer awareness and HPV vaccination drive

The National Service Scheme (NSS) at Chitkara University, in collaboration with Amrit Cancer Foundation, organised a two-day Cervical Cancer Awareness and HPV Vaccination Drive for female students. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about cervical cancer prevention and the importance of early screening and immunisation.

As part of the drive, students attended an awareness session on cervical cancer prevention and preventive healthcare. They also received the HPV vaccine under expert medical supervision.

The initiative encouraged informed health decisions and highlighted the importance of preventive care among young women. It forms part of Chitkara University’s ongoing efforts to support student well-being through health awareness and community outreach activities.
