Chitkara University Celebrates World Poetry Day with Kavya Rangmanch

Chitkara University hosted Kavya Rangmanch, a poetry event to commemorate World Poetry Day, bringing together students, faculty members, and visiting poets for a programme celebrating poetry and spoken word.

Featuring performances by artists including Agyaat Aadarsh, Nishant Dheer, Kushal Duneria, Rishabh Sharma, Rahul Jain, Jag ‘Ram’ Mohan, and Aman Mishra ‘Anant’, the event presented a range of poetic expressions, including rhythmic verses, interactive pieces, and reflections on personal and social themes. A traditional mushaira also featured compositions exploring everyday experiences, family relationships, and classic shayari.

The evening concluded with the felicitation of the participating poets, marking a memorable literary gathering that encouraged appreciation for poetry and creative expression among all.
