Chitkara University Hosts 39th North Zone Inter-University Youth Festival
Chitkara University hosted the 39th North Zone Inter-University Youth Festival, bringing together student contingents from 22 universities across northern India. Organised under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), the festival provided a platform for participation in a range of cultural and literary events.
Competitions were held across multiple venues and included theatre, vocal music, debate, elocution, and visual arts, with both individual and group categories. The events enabled students to present their creative work while engaging with peers from other institutions.
Through these performances and competitions, the festival brought together young participants from universities across the North Zone, highlighting the role of inter-university platforms in encouraging cultural dialogue and artistic exchange among students.
