Nursing Department Organises Health Camp on World Diabetes Day

The Department of Nursing, Chitkara School of Health Sciences, in collaboration with the National Service Scheme, Chitkara University, organised a health camp at Kalomajra, Punjab, to observe World Diabetes Day. The initiative focused on raising awareness about diabetes, encouraging early detection, and promoting healthy lifestyle practices within the community.

The camp offered free basic health screenings for local residents, along with guidance on preventive care and the importance of timely medical consultation. Students and faculty members participated in the conduct of the camp, supporting its outreach and engagement with the community.
