Chitkara Happiness Centre, in collaboration with Chitkara Business School, organised a three-day workshop titled “The Science & Art of Lasting Happiness” for students of the Integrated Program in Management (IPM) and BBA (H) Liberal Education. The sessions were led by Manav Bansal, Chief Happiness Officer, with support from Shivam K. Mishra and Vrinda, who guided participants through a series of interactive and thought provoking activities.

The program introduced students to the PERMA Model of Happiness, helping them understand the key elements that contribute to a fulfilling life. Participants engaged in lively games, storytelling sessions and a debate on “Happiness versus Success”. Team presentations allowed students to share practical strategies for incorporating happiness into their daily routines.

The workshop emphasised the balance between happiness and personal, academic and professional growth, offering students opportunities to explore ways to integrate positive practices into their lives. Across the three days, fifty six participants took part enthusiastically, showing creativity and openness to learning.

The sessions were both informative and motivating, equipping students with tools to enhance emotional well being and overall life satisfaction. The workshop successfully highlighted happiness as an essential aspect of personal and professional development, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
