Chitkara University shines at Aarohan’23 Sports Fest, IIT Ropar

Chitkara University showcased an impressive performance at Aarohan’23 Sports Fest held at IIT Ropar from 17th to 19th March 2023. The athletes from Chitkara University secured multiple medals in various sports events, including Discus Throw, Javelin, Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis, and Football. The university bagged the Runners Up Trophy in overall athletics and overall sports events, adding another feather to its cap. The Badminton Boys and Girls, Basketball Boys and Girls, Table Tennis Boys, Lawn Tennis Boys, and Football Boys all grabbed the gold medals in their respective categories, while the Volleyball Girls and Cricket teams secured silver and bronze medals, respectively. Sports enthusiasts from Chitkara University displayed an extraordinary level of skill, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the competition, making the university proud.
