Students learn DevOps from experts, boost tech skills

Bits’n’Bytes Club in association with Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering organised a 2-Day workshop on ‘Introduction to DevOps’ at the campus on August 8, 2019.

Experts – Jatin Gupta, Vandana Saini, Kamaldeep and Chaitanya Singla; conducted the workshop which included sessions on ‘Introduction to Terraform’ – Terraform Basics, Variables, Provisioning on Windows/Linux, Output, State, Data Sources and Template Providers; ‘Terraform on AWS’ – VPC, EC2 Instances and EBS, Security Groups, Static IPs and DNS, Auto Scaling and Load Balancer; ‘Jenkins Workflow’; and ‘Terraform with Packer and Docker’. The workshop was well received and attended by more than 60 students.
