Chitkara University organizes blood donation camp

The message sent across was ‘Give the gift of life; donate blood’ at a blood donation camp that was organized at Chitkara University.

The one day NSS Blood Donation Camp was held at Chitkara University Campus by Chitkara College of Pharmacy and Computer Applications School in association with HDFC Bank and Gian Sagar Hospital.

Students expressed their compassionate side at the camp by coming forward in large numbers to donate blood. India is reeling under blood shortage and blood donation can save many lives. Both boys and girls were a part of this noble cause as they expressed their desire to come forward and donate. Staff from Gian Sagar Hospital helped in carrying out the camp.
