As we gear up to welcome our very fresh and aspiring engineers-in-the-making, please take a note of the following:
- The Orientation of Batch 2019 will start from August 10th, 2019, 9:00am. There are some slots reserved during the first week to orient the new students towards University setup, academics and our expectations from you.
- Before the on-set of academic schedule we want to make sure that the other issues viz, transportation, hostel room allotment, uniform etc are taken care and hence following schedule will be followed:
- Entry from Gate No. 3 for 10th and 11th August, 2019.

Report in front of the Exploretorium, collect token and get seated inside. |
Parents/Guardians/Friends of Day Scholars are sincerely requested not to accompany the student on the first day of the session. No exception will be made.
Eatables / Soft Drinks will be available in the Food Court – ‘Square One’/ Tesla Block on payment. Students are requested to pay uniform and transportation fees on 10th August 2019, from 9am onwards. |

If you are a hostler,
For Boys: Report in front of the Exploretorium, collect token and get seated. |
- For first year students room allotment will be done manually.
- Room Allotment is done on first come first basis.
- Once the room is allotted to the student, only student will be taken to the allotted room in the hostel,
- The accompanying person (if any) is requested to wait in the Tesla Block/Square One.
- No accompanying person are allowed to visit hostel and no request will be entertained in this regard.
- Students are requested to pay Hostel and Uniform fees on 11th August 2019, from 9am onwards.
Student(Who is opting Hostel Mess) will be served food in the hostel mess and the accompanying persons and other students (Not opting Mess Facility) can avail food facility in Food Court – ‘Square One’ on payment.
Students opting hostel facility are advised to come with filled hostel form and undertaking form, Further, students are instructed to read and understood the hostel rules and regulations 2019-20. |
